BAKU, Azerbaijan, March 5. At this time, unmanned
aerial car (drone) assaults had been carried out from the territory
of the Islamic Republic of Iran focusing on the terminal constructing of

We strongly condemn this deliberate assault focusing on civilian

terror.
Any assault directed in opposition to the security of the civilian

repeated, as they violate the territorial integrity and sovereignty
of states, together with the ideas of fine neighborliness.
Because the Commissioner for Human Rights (Ombudsman) of the Republic
of Azerbaijan, I wish to emphasize that the safety of the
life and well being of civilians is among the many basic obligations
incumbent upon all states. It’s important that this incident be
promptly and comprehensively investigated in accordance with the
necessities of worldwide legislation, that the circumstances be
clarified, that these accountable be held accountable, and that the
needed measures be taken to forestall the recurrence of such
incidents sooner or later.
Respect for the sovereign rights of states and the safety of
the civilian inhabitants and civilian objects represent one of many
