ICE detains unlawful alien accused of kid intercourse crimes in South Carolina

The 43-year-old was charged with incest and three counts of legal sexual conduct with a baby, DHS mentioned.

“This sicko ought to NEVER have been in our nation to prey on youngsters within the first place,” Appearing Homeland Safety Assistant Secretary Lauren Bis mentioned in a press release. “He now faces fees for incest and a number of baby intercourse crimes.”

Montejo instructed ICE he first entered the U.S. in 2006 and doesn’t have a previous legal document, based on officers.
